Unfair

Opinions are made every day about how things are unfair or annoying. I sometimes tend to agree on a lot of those things whether they're serious or something that is so minuscule it's totally unimportant. I say I hate things so often I usually think that I'm the annoying and unfair one most times, like just RELAX girl, damn.... But sometimes these things should be shared to the world because why not, you know? So here are some things that are just really unfair in the world that are usually on my mind.
1. Allergies
Not sure if I have actual legit allergies or not (probably fur and dust) but it's so annoying when someone has to take pills or spray something up their nose so they don't sneeze 200 times a day... Like really? Why can't everyone just breathe peacefully or not die if they touch a peANUT?? Some people are literally allergic to the sun... That's way too unfair and I have great sympathy for whoever has allergies whatever it may be. I am very sorry.
2. We can't really actually "see" everything on this Earth and beyond
I feel like this is definitely a stronger opinion because it relates to science and the unknown but to me, I feel like there are so many things we truly cannot see on this planet. Obviously, we are unable to see air and molecules and the speed of light and honestly that's great! Because if someone like me were to see that, I'd probably have some sort of mental breakdown because it'd be too much to handle. There are definitely things out in the world that we haven't found yet that our naked eye can't see and that's so weird... This opinion is annoying but totally fine at the same time if that makes any sense. It's weird not being able to see everything, but it's also good because I'd freak myself out...
3. I get bored over things way too easily
I pick up something I'm doing whether it's an art piece or cleaning my room and then I just get bored of it and forget about it. I feel like this one can be common but it's really annoying to be starting something then not give it your all the rest of the time you're working on it. It's unfair, really.
4. How woman get shamed for the fact that they have "baggage"
Now let me explain this one a bit before I get jumped. First of all, if you don't know who Iliza Shlesinger is, no offence, but who are you? In her latest comedy show, she talked about how in society, as we all know, men are usually the first to ask women out on a date or talk to them first at a bar. Women kind of sit back and wait. In modern society, as well, women and men are saying that a stronger women will ask a man to go on a date first or talk to them first at a bar and that's what people strive for this culture to be: an even balance between man and woman when it comes to things like dating. This is all well and good, but when someone talks negatively about a women with "baggage" from passed relationships or how they can't let go of something that happened years ago, this turns into a problem. See, since men are usually the ones to go up to women first, there's a greater chance that they have been turned down more than the average women so they "understand" the pain better and kind of brush it off (OBVIOUSLY I'm not stating all men are like this, but majority I'd say). But when we tell women to be strong and go up and talk to men in this way and get turned down, there shouldn't be any backlash when it comes to having been hurt afterwords. It's just the fact that people expect a women to not only be strong when it comes to asking out other men, but to also be strong and not care when they turn her down. Sorry, but one step at a time, thanks. In all honesty, we're still getting used to this whole "be the strong one" or "do it first" scenario because society still isn't quite there yet, and it's sort of unfair. We'll get there maybe...
5. How we have to pay to send in a college transcript
Not only are we paying to be in a school that we could care less about at times, but then we also have to pay to try and get in? I could really rant about the school systems in the U.S. but I don't really want to waist my breath...
6. The cost of pads and tampons
I would LOVE for these babies to be free to all women, let me tell you. But in the real world, nothing is free which is also unfair. Sorry to burst your bubble. At least make these necessities a liiiittle bit cheaper maybe? Hopefully, we are all aware of the horror homeless women have to go through when trying to take care of themselves on their period and if pads and tampons were even the slightest bit cheaper, there may be less women on the streets who have to go through with what they are generally doing now to stay clean.
7. How giraffes are very vulnerable on thE ENDANGERED SPECIES LIST
This will never not make me mad and upset. These animals out in the wild have NO RIGHT to be mistreated this way for your pleasure and sick game. The number of giraffes has reduced by 30 percent. In the last 31 years, giraffe numbers have gone from 157,000 in 1985 to 97,500 in the last count. STOP KILLING THESE ANIMALS FOR NO FUCKING REASON THANKS!!
8. How we never know what are pets are feeling
This one makes me so sad... We are never able to tell what are animals want or are feeling. They kind of have to deal with whatever it is until someone realizes something is a little off with them. It's not fair they have to go through something without the help of others like humans have the luxury of doing. I need to know what my dogs are feeling, it's like a little hole in my heart that will never be filled.
9. How "Parks and Rec" doesn't get as much hype as "The Office"
Don't kill me yet!! I am an AVID watcher of "The Office", ok, I've seen it more than I can count. But we also need to talk about "Parks and Rec" and how yet another show filled similar and has similar humor to "The Office" is still another great idea for a show. It's so similar, yet so different and I really think it's unfair that it's not talked about more. If you don't know what show I'm referring to when I say "Parks and Rec", please look it up :)
I have many more things that go through my head that I believe to be unfair, but these are the ones that kind of just stay there all the time... so I hope you enjoyed reading about just some of the things that bother me throughout my life! :)
